By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and compliance with applicable laws.
You must not transfer, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of your account, allow third-party access, circumvent account restrictions, or distribute invitation codes without prior written consent.
Any account sharing or circumvention is a material breach of these Terms.
Invitation Codes
All invitation codes remain the property of the Operators. We may issue, revoke, suspend, invalidate, or refuse codes at any time, with or without notice.
Licence Grant
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Services for lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
You must not redistribute, mirror, share, publish, or transfer any software or binaries.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with the Operators or relevant licensors. Except where permitted by law, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, attempt to derive source code, or bypass protection mechanisms.
Third-party open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services to engage in unlawful conduct, distribute illegal content under Australian law, interfere with system integrity or security, or assist others in breaching these Terms.
We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate access at any time, without notice, for breaches, suspected misuse, legal risk, or to protect legitimate interests.
All licences terminate immediately upon termination.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupply of services or the cost of resupply, to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss.
Total liability is limited to the greater of AUD $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You indemnify the Operators against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising from your breach, misuse of the Services, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
